Pizza made with ancient, 100% Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat, using only selected, high-quality ingredients. The semolina used comes from 100% Italian wheat. The durum wheat is milled in-house at our mill, and the dough follows a slow and natural rising process. Finally, cooking takes place on stone and in a wood-fired oven
